"The Office of Management and Budget (OMB) is leveraging and implementing the Technology Business Management (TBM) Council's TBM framework across Federal agencies. The TBM framework defines a business model which enables IT to run like a business. It is a decision-making framework for IT Program/Project Managers and senior leadership in making informed trade-offs of the cost, quality, and value of IT services. This presentation will provide an understanding of TBM, its impact on Federal agencies IT management, potential challenges, and best practice recommendations."
