Chevo Awarded IRS IV&V Contract

Chevo was awarded the IRS CADE2/ECM IV&V Independent Assessment Contract. This is a 4-year contract to verify and validate implementation plans of the IRS’s key modernization programs, including the Customer Account Data Engine 2 (CADE 2), the Enterprise Case Management System (ECM), and the Individual Master File (IMF). This contract is a result of the Taxpayer First Act that requires the Commissioner of the IRS to have independent reviewers assess the implementation plans for these key programs, which form the pillars of the IRS’ IT Modernization Plan.
